Ihre Pralinen werden durch Schutzeinlagen geschützt, die verhindern sollen, dass sie in der Schachtel herumklappern. Darüber hinaus sind die Pralinen mit einem Schutzpolster und einem Stoßdämpfer vor dem Versand durch die Post geschützt.
Ihr Paket enthält eine Menükarte mit Fotos jeder Geschmacksrichtung und Ihr Paket wird in einem Paket ohne Markenzeichen ankommen, um Anonymität zu gewährleisten.

I’ve been following the Art Chocolat IG for many months and waited until the holidays to purchase since I live in the US and you have to buy $300 worth of items to get free shipping (which is obv totally understandable). I gave my loved ones a box for the holidays and EVERYONE loves them. The chocolates are as delicious as they are beautiful. I wish I would have gotten a couple of the pistachio s'more's Christmas trees. I’m suffering from some real FOMO over here. I’ll be purchasing again every holiday season though, so I can’t wait to get the specialty items next year!
ALSO, superb customer service. I had originally purchased boxes of the nutty collection and then changed my mind soon after completing my purchase. I reached out and asked to switch to the chocolatiers collection instead and was responded to and accommodated immediately. So grateful!
My only note is that the rum and coconut is VERY boozey. The alcohol isn’t fully cooked off, and being 5 years sober, I was slightly worried I might catch a little buzz lol. I didn’t try any of the other boozey flavors, but I think it would be helpful to write a little blurb about the boozey guys (if they’re intended to not have the alcohol fully cooked off) to inform those of us in recovery.

Was rather worried that the chocolates were being sent out on the hottest day of the year so far, but I didn't need to worry. They arrived well packaged with a cool pack and were in perfect condition.
The recipient was delighted and said that they were not only a work of art, but the best chocolates that they had ever tasted.
