All orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day they are received. Orders received after 12pm are dispatched the next working day. 

We are not responsible for any damage or delays to your order during the shipping process, once the goods leave our premises. However, if you do encounter an issue, please contact us and we will help resolve your issue. If your order is damaged, we will endeavour to replace your items.
