    We offer a free sleeve design service, you supply your artwork or logos and we'll take care of the rest. 

    You can also design your own artwork using our box sleeve templates.

  • 3. Approve your box sleeve design

    We will send full digital proofs and image mock-ups for your approval before proceeding to print.

  • 4. We make & pack your order

    Once designs are approved, we get to work crafting your chocolates and building your order.

  • 5. We deliver

    We offer single or multi-address shipping.

FAQ's

What is the minimum order?

For branded box-sleeves, our minimum order quantity is 50 gifts. For orders smaller than this, we recommend ordering from our regular store.

What can I personalise?

You can personalise the entirety of the box sleeve, front, back and sides. 

You can also choose different paper types, print styles and finishes, such as foil blocking, embossing, lamination options and more.

The standard print specification for box-sleeves is 350gsm paper, 4-colour CMYK print.

We recommend getting in touch via our contact form below if you have other styles in mind. 

Can you help with artwork?

Yes! We offer a free sleeve design service and will always provide artwork proofs and digital mock-ups for your final approval before proceeding to print.

What are the lead times

We offer 2 turnaround times:

Standard: 10-14 day lead time from the time of final artwork approval to dispatch.

Express: 5-7 day lead time, from the time of final artwork approval to dispatch. 

Above lead times are subject to order volumes and are guides only.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes! We offer a multi-address delivery service ranging from 2-1000+ addresses.

We can either supply a csv address file template for you to complete or you can supply your existing address files and we'll take care of the rest!

We also cover multi-country orders, allowing you to gift across the UK, EU and North America!

What is the shelf-life?

Our standard boxes have a best before date of 3 months. 

If you have a special requirement regarding shelf-life, just get in touch with us.

Where can I find allergen and ingredient info?

You can find allergen and ingredient breakdowns for all of our chocolates here

Can I request samples?

You are welcome to try our chocolates first by placing an order via our online store here

If you proceed to place a corporate gifting order with us, we will refund your sample order.

We provide full artwork and digital mock-ups of box sleeve designs. 

However, if you still require physical sleeve samples for approval, we can also arrange this. Just get in touch to discuss!

What payment and invoicing options are available?

We offer many payment solutions from bank transfers to card payment options that support apple pay, google pay, paypal, klarna and more.

Orders require full payment upfront or a binding Purchase Order from your company on pre-agreed deposit and payment terms.

We reserve the right to use our own discretion in deciding which payment terms will apply.
