The Caramel & Pecan Pumpkin

Our chocolate pumpkins are the perfect indulgent gift for autumn and Halloween.

We start by creating our bespoke moulds before making our shell out of 40% Colombian milk chocolate.

Next, we pipe in our silky smooth salted caramel. After that, we roast pecans until they're bursting with autumnal aroma. We blend them up into a paste before adding a beautiful blonde chocolate, crushed wafer pieces and a pinch of sea-salt.

This creates the most heavenly combination of pecan & caramel flavours, whilst adding the delightful textural contrast of the crunchy wafer pieces.

This pumpkin shaped bar is a 40% milk chocolate bar; filled with smooth salted caramel and a crunchy pecan & blonde chocolate gianduja.

Please note that we make sure we fill these bars to the brim with each delicious flavour, so they may be slightly messy to eat.
